FONDAZIONE ISTITUTO ITALIANO DI TECNOLOGIA (IIT) is looking for a Post doc Synthetic Immunology for the engineering of miRNA-tunable genes involved in T cell dysfunction to work on T-FITNESS project. The project aims to develop more resistant CAR-T cells in the context of solid tumor, by identifying dysregulated miRNAs signatures in dysfunctional T cells and building upon those to generate devices that allow to modulate target genes expression.
Commitment & contract: Postdoctoral position 12 months (renewable).
Location: Center for Advanced Biomaterials for Healthcare@CRIB in Naples, Italy.
