Ida Pelosi is a PhD student in Synthetic and Systems Biology in Velia Siciliano’s lab.
For the T-FITNESS project, her efforts will be focused on the generation of CD8+ T cells knockouts for selected ex-TF. The KO lines will then be used for the integration and test of the miRNA-based synthetic circuits that modulate the ex-TF of interest.
